How do the different Training Entities operate within the Veneto region? How are they organized? What are their communication strategies? Are there differences in their market positioning? The purpose of this research is to answer all these questions, and many more. Starting with a more general description of training in Italy, we will then analyze the different types of entities, the various funding possibilities, and the different organizational structures, how an entity can achieve its ideal positioning, and what might be the best communication plans to implement. To bring to light the differences and commonalities among the various entities, their strengths, and their peculiarities, semi-structured interviews were organized with various representatives of entities present in our territory: the interviews were held in person or through online meetings, and all the managers were asked the same 10 questions. The results were subsequently compared and analyzed to try to understand if there are common internal practices among all entities, and what distinguishes one entity from its competitors.
Come operano i diversi Enti di Formazione presenti all'interno della regione Veneto? Come sono organizzati? Quali sono le loro strategie comunicative? Esistono delle differenze nel loro posizionamento all'interno del mercato? Lo scopo di questa ricerca è rispondere a tutti questi quesiti, e a molti altri ancora. Partendo da una descrizione più generale della formazione in Italia, passeremo poi ad analizzare le differenti tipologie di ente, le diverse possibilità di finanziamento e le diverse strutture organizzative, come un ente può raggiungere il suo posizionamento ideale, e quali potrebbero essere i migliori piani comunicativi da implementare. Per riuscire a portare alla luce le differenze e i punti di incontro esistenti fra i vari enti, i loro punti di forza e le loro peculiarità, sono state organizzate delle interviste semi-strutturate con diversi rappresentanti di enti presenti nel nostro territorio: le interviste si sono tenete in presenza oppure tramite meeting online, e a tutti i responsabili sono state poste le stesse 10 domande. I risultati sono stati successivamente messi a confronto e analizzati, per provare a comprendere se esistono delle pratiche interne comuni a tutti gli enti, e cosa contraddistingue un ente rispetto ai suoi concorrenti.
