SAP-based Machine Integration for OEE monitoring. Optimizing production performance and effectiveness in the shop floor.

The purpose of the research is to give a comprehensive insight about the project in which I was involved in throughout my internship period in Accenture. The project is about the machine integration of work center in the customer's shop floor and the creation of several analysis tools, mainly the OEE, thanks to the real-time data procurement through SAP MII (in particular the PCo - Plant Connectivity). The purpose of the such performance indicators is to provide the customer with a better understanding of the production processes and the production optimization.
