This thesis explores the application of Formal Content Validity Analysis (FCVA), a novel procedure developed by Spoto et al. (2023), to the EnneaTest, a personality assessment based on the theoretical framework of the Enneagram. FCVA combines formal psychological assessment with interrater agreement analysis, providing a comprehensive approach to evaluating the behavior and the exhaustiveness of test items in relation to the target construct. The EnneaTest, created by Francesco Bocci, Mirko Veratti, and Francesco Sarini, aims to measure the alignment between self-report questions and the nine personality typologies, or Enneatypes, defined by the Enneagram model. This work begins with an introduction to the historical and theoretical background of the Enneagram, accompanied by a description of each of the nine Enneatypes. Then I will illustrate in detail the methodology and the procedure used to apply FCVA to the EnneaTest, including the design of the questionnaire for assessing interrater agreement. Lastly, the findings of the content validity analysis are presented.

Abstract
Lastly, the findings of the content validity analysis are presented.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
