La giustizia riparativa: prendersi cura delle vittime

The goal is to promote this approach by providing a critical and comprehensive assessment that highlights both the benefits – such as a greater prevention of recidivism – and the opportunities it can offer. The study of the consulted texts has provided a deeper exploration of the characteristics of this approach, evaluating its validity, limitations, and potential applications.

L'elaborato tratta il tema della giustizia riparativa come procedura rivoluzionaria e alternativa alla giustizia tradizionale. L'obiettivo è di promuovere questo metodo fornendo un bilancio quanto più critico ed esaustivo, che evidenzi sia i benefici – come una maggior prevenzione della reiterazione del reato – che le opportunità che è in grado di offrire. Lo studio dei testi consultati ha permesso di conoscere ed approfondire le caratteristiche di questo approccio, valutarne la validità, i limiti e le possibili applicazioni.
