Abstract
In the manufacturing sector, the Lean methodology is based on the continuous improvement of production processes through waste reduction. The 3P method (Production, Preparation, Process) aims to minimize waste at its source by developing new assembly lines using Lean principles such as flow and added value. The Agile methodology, introduced in the early 2000s for software development, has progressively established itself as a versatile approach for managing complex projects. Featuring continuous iteration, active stakeholder involvement, and adaptability to change, it provides significant advantages over traditional models. Inspired by Software Engineering techniques, this internship project explored the application of Agile methodology using the Scrum framework to improve the design of automatic machinery. From a thorough analysis of stakeholders’ requirements to the definition of a testing procedure for verification and validation of the results, the project focused on reducing delivery and maintenance times by standardizing common components.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
