Analisi di un intervento manutentivo con determinazione del parametro OEE: il caso I.M.G. S.p.A.

This report will deal with the activities carried out during the training internship at the I.M.G. company. of Riese Pio X, between the months of September and December 2024. In the first phase, the operating context in which the company is located will be described. This will be followed by a description of the general notions regarding maintenance and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) parameter, which will be analyzed in the following report. Subsequently, an analysis of the system under examination will be carried out, with a description of the function performed, of its structure and with a first overview of the problems identified. The operational strategy for resolving the problems mentioned will then be described, with subsequent quantitative verification of the effectiveness of the intervention through the comparison of the OEE before and after the maintenance intervention. The final objective is to be able to improve the efficiency of the system through a maintenance intervention that allows reducing machine downtime and costs relating to system maintenance.

Questa relazione tratterà le attività svolte durante il tirocinio formativo presso la ditta I.M.G. di Riese Pio X, tra i mesi di settembre e dicembre 2024. Nella prima fase verrà descritto il contesto operativo nella quale l’azienda si colloca. Seguirà una descrizione delle nozioni generali riguardanti la manutenzione e il parametro di Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), che verrà analizzato nella seguente relazione. Successivamente verrà fatta un’analisi dell’impianto in esame, con la descrizione della funzione svolta, della propria struttura e con una prima panoramica dei problemi individuati. Verrà quindi descritta la strategia operativa per la risoluzione dei problemi citati, con successiva verifica quantitativa dell’efficacia dell’intervento attraverso il confronto dell’OEE prima e dopo l’intervento manutentivo. L’obiettivo finale è quello di riuscire a migliorare l’efficienza dell’impianto per mezzo di un intervento manutentivo che consenta di ridurre i fermi macchina e i costi relativi alla manutenzione dell’impianto.
