Deviance and distress of minors: the theories that examine these dimensions are highlighted, highlighting how they are perceived as social constructs and their influence on social, cultural and psychological aspects, With particular reference to family and society. In reference to the role of the educator in the educational communities for minors, a pedagogical analysis is proposed compared to a theoretical approach based on care and oriented to phenomenological thinking. One space is reserved for the attitude to be taken with the minor with great attention to the relationship. The story of a young man who lived through the experience of the Test in a Community is described, his personal perspective that has highlighted the uniqueness of meanings acquired in this context.
Devianza e disagio minorile: vengono messi in luce le teorie che esaminano queste dimensioni, evidenziando come avvenga la loro costruzione sociale a livello percettivo e l'influenza che esercita sotto il profilo sociale, culturale e psicologico, con particolare riferimento a famiglia e società. In riferimento al ruolo dell’educatore nelle comunità educative per minori, si propone un’analisi pedagogica rispetto ad un’impostazione teorica basata sulla cura e orientata al pensiero fenomenologico. Uno spazio viene riservato all’atteggiamento da tenere con il minore con grande attenzione alla relazione. Viene descritta la storia di un ragazzo che ha vissuto l’esperienza della Messa Alla Prova in una Comunità, la sua personale prospettiva che ha messo in evidenza l'unicità di significati acquisiti in tale contesto.
