This thesis explores the process of children’s adaptation to early childhood services, with a focus on parents' experiences and emotions. Through a qualitative questionnaire administered to the parents of the nursery "Le Fate", we analyze the difficulties and expectations related to the separation from the child and the building of a relationship of trust with the educators. The thesis is divided into three chapters: the first introduces the concept of ambientation and its phases; the second deepens the parenting and attachment theory of Bowlby; the third presents the results of the questionnaire, Highlighting the crucial role of educators in facilitating a serene setting. The aim is to better understand how to make the setting a positive experience for children and families.
La tesi esplora il processo di ambientamento dei bambini nei servizi per la prima infanzia, con un focus sulle esperienze e le emozioni dei genitori. Attraverso un questionario qualitativo somministrato ai genitori dell'asilo nido "Le Fate", si analizzano le difficoltà e le aspettative legate alla separazione dal bambino e alla costruzione di un rapporto di fiducia con gli educatori. La tesi si articola in tre capitoli: il primo introduce il concetto di ambientamento e le sue fasi; il secondo approfondisce la genitorialità e la teoria dell'attaccamento di Bowlby; il terzo presenta i risultati del questionario, evidenziando il ruolo cruciale degli educatori nel facilitare un'ambientazione serena. L'obiettivo è comprendere meglio come rendere l'ambientamento un'esperienza positiva per bambini e famiglie.
