Strutture negli ambienti abitativi Lunari

For the incoming human return on the Moon the construction of lunar habitats will be necessary to permanently host humans. In this thesis a structural engineer approach is used to examine lunar habitats issues, analysing possible materials to be used and structural concepts, considering actual projects and focusing on the most functional and effective.

Il prossimo ritorno sulla Luna richiederà l’esistenza di basi lunari stabili in previsione di una permanente presenza dell’uomo. In questa tesi viene affrontato con un approccio ingegneristico strutturale il problema della costruzione di edifici abitativi nell’ambiente lunare; sono analizzati possibili materiali di utilizzo e concetti strutturali, basandosi anche su progetti già esistenti e concentrandosi sulle soluzioni più funzionali ed efficaci.
