This thesis analyzes the role of the Third Sector in the transition to a sustainable economic model, highlighting how green economy policies can both reduce and emphasize social inequalities. Examining international, European, and national regulations, the research explores how nonprofit organizations can ensure that green initiatives are inclusive and respectful of anti-discrimination law. The thesis proposes strategies for integrating environmental sustainability with social justice, promoting an equitable and accessible transition for all social groups.
La tesi analizza il ruolo del Terzo Settore nella transizione verso un modello economico sostenibile, evidenziando come le politiche della green economy possono sia ridurre che accentuare le disuguaglianze sociali. Esaminando le normative internazionali, europee e nazionali, la ricerca approfondisce come le organizzazioni no profit possano garantire che le iniziative verdi siano inclusive e rispettose del diritto antidiscriminatorio. La tesi propone strategie per integrare la sostenibilità ambientale con la giustizia sociale, promuovendo una transizione equa e accessibile a tutte le categorie sociali.
