This thesis, having as its object the discipline of dismissal in the Third Sector, aims to analyze, first of all, the employment relationship and, in particular, the institution of termination by the employer in its individual and collective declination. This is then followed by a more detailed examination of the same institute as applied in the Third Sector, in such a way as to identify the points of contact and any divergences with the "traditional" discipline. Finally, the work concludes with an in-depth analysis of a paradigmatic jurisprudential case.

Abstract
This thesis, having as its object the discipline of dismissal in the Third Sector, aims to analyze, first of all, the employment relationship and, in particular, the institution of termination by the employer in its individual and collective declination. This is then followed by a more detailed examination of the same institute as applied in the Third Sector, in such a way as to identify the points of contact and any divergences with the "traditional" discipline. Finally, the work concludes with an in-depth analysis of a paradigmatic jurisprudential case.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
