The phenomenon of greenwashing has attracted increasing attention in recent years, as companies seek to adopt an ecological image to improve their reputation and gain competitive advantages. However, this practice raises ethical and legal issues, particularly with regard to unfair competition. This study examines the greenwashing strategies adopted by companies and analyzes their impact on competition in the market. We examined greenwashing cases and their legal implications are examined. The results indicate that greenwashing can negatively affect competition, creating distortions in the market and discriminating against companies that adopt genuine sustainable practices.
Il fenomeno del greenwashing ha attirato sempre più attenzione negli ultimi anni, poiché le imprese cercano di adottare un'immagine ecologica per migliorare la propria reputazione e guadagnare vantaggi competitivi. Tuttavia, questa pratica solleva questioni etiche e legali, in particolare per quanto riguarda la concorrenza sleale. Questo studio esamina le strategie di greenwashing adottate dalle imprese e analizza il loro impatto sulla concorrenza nel mercato. Vengono esaminati casi di greenwashing e le relative implicazioni legali. I risultati indicano che il greenwashing può influenzare negativamente la concorrenza, creando distorsioni nel mercato e discriminando le imprese che adottano pratiche sostenibili autentiche.
