This thesis aims to explore the use of spaces and daily life in Palazzo Zabarella in the 18th century, analysing how the social, cultural and economic dynamics of the time are reflected in the various rooms. Through an analysis of historical documents (including the use of the 1732 inventory) and furnishing practices, the different functions of the palazzo's rooms are highlighted. The research highlights the importance of Palazzo Zabarella as a small nucleus of 18th-century Veneto society, revealing how architectural spaces were shaped by daily interactions, helping to define the identity of the local nobility. The evolution of these spaces over time is analysed, emphasising their role in the preservation of historical and cultural memory. And finally, through a detailed analysis, it is highlighted how the choice of furniture and clothing are evidence of the family's taste and wealth.

And finally, through a detailed analysis, it is highlighted how the choice of furniture and clothing are evidence of the family's taste and wealth.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
