The purpose of the project is to devise and design the layout of an educational/demonstration bench that allows high school students from developing countries to become familiar with the most common or most innovative mechanical components and mechanisms present in modern automatic machines (ordinary and epicyclic wheels, transmissions with toothed belts, screws and guides to recirculate ball bearings, etc.). The bench must be transportable on a van and must have a storage area to contain samples of mechanical components as well as a floor where there are pseudo-demonstration machines (from simple servo-controlled systems with 1 degree of freedom to small industrial robots) as well as being equipped with multifunctional displays to aid teaching. The project will also lead to in-depth aspects of mechatronics in the broad sense, e.g. selection and selection of sensors, actuators and controllers of pseudo-demonstration machines. The final design of the bench, at the end of the project, will be presented to a confindustrial training body that intends to propose it for the promotion of Made in Italy in developing countries.

Abstract
The final design of the bench, at the end of the project, will be presented to a confindustrial training body that intends to propose it for the promotion of Made in Italy in developing countries.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
