Analisi del magazzino e dei sistemi di gestione di un'azienda vitivinicola

Analysis of the existing warehouse of a wine cellar in its structure and arrangement of the packages within it; of the management programme that is used to manage some of the company's functions. The purpose of the analysis is to identify any critical points in the warehouse and formulate possible corrective actions, while for the management programme to evaluate its actual use and implement some of the functions that are not being used at the time of the analysis.

Analisi del magazzino esistente di una cantina enologica nella sua struttura e disposizione dei colli al suo interno; del programma gestionale che viene impiegato per gestire alcune delle funzioni aziendali. Lo scopo dell’analisi è di individuare eventuali criticità nel magazzino e formulare eventuali azioni correttive, mentre per il programma gestionale valutarne il reale utilizzo ed implementare alcune delle funzioni che non vengono sfruttate al momento dell’analisi.
