This final report analyzes the data regarding the personnel employed at the company Badaben. Badaben provides domestic services, primarily employing foreign workers from countries such as Albania, the Philippines, Eastern Europe, and North Africa, as well as Italian workers. The workforce is predominantly female, with a higher proportion of foreign women and fewer men, aged between 19 and 69 years, selected based on cultural skills and adaptability to local regulations. Economic opportunities in Italy and the presence of national communities are the main reasons foreign workers choose this sector. However, they face challenges related to cultural differences and labor rights. The future prospects for domestic workers, both foreign and native, depend on the development of inclusion policies and the recognition of professional skills.
In questa relazione finale si propone un’analisi relativa ai dati delle personale impiegato presso l’azienda Badaben. L’azienda Badaben fornisce servizi domestici, impiegando principalmente personale straniero proveniente da paesi come Albania, Filippine, Est Europa e Nord Africa, ma anche lavoratori italiani. Il personale è prevalentemente femminile, predominanza delle donne straniere e meno uomini, con un'età tra i 19 e i 69 anni, e viene selezionato per competenze culturali e adattabilità alle normative locali. Le opportunità economiche in Italia e la presenza di comunità di connazionali sono le principali motivazioni per cui lavoratori stranieri scelgono questo settore. Tuttavia, affrontano sfide legate alle differenze culturali e ai diritti lavorativi. Le prospettive future per il personale domestico, sia straniero che nativo, dipendono dall'evoluzione delle politiche di inclusione e dalla valorizzazione delle competenze professionali.
