This paper deals with the activities carried out during the university internship period, lasting three hundred and twenty hours, which took place at the company Infonet Solutions s.r.l. from the beginning of December 2024 to the end of February 2025. It also illustrates the objectives achieved, the challenges encountered and the fruit matured from this experience. The main objective of this internship was the migration on a new machine from the OTRS ticketing system, used by the company to manage the monitoring and assistance of its customers' IT infrastructures, to the Znuny system; the second step was the implementation of an automatic failover system, realized through clustering, of the database that managed the application data, as well as the development of a web page for the application itself, which can be used for information purposes by the company's customers.
Questo elaborato tratta le attività realizzate durante il periodo di tirocinio universitario, della durata di trecentoventi ore, svoltosi presso l’azienda Infonet Solutions s.r.l. da inizio dicembre 2024 a fine febbraio 2025. Esso illustra, inoltre, gli obiettivi raggiunti, le sfide incontrate e il frutto maturato da tale esperienza. L’obiettivo principale di tale stage era la migrazione su una nuova macchina dal sistema di ticketing OTRS , utilizzato dall’azienda per gestire il monitoraggio e l’assistenza delle infrastrutture informatiche dei propri clienti, al sistema Znuny; di seconda battuta era l’implementazione di un sistema di failover automatico, realizzato tramite clustering, del database che gestiva i dati dell’applicazione, nonché lo sviluppo di una pagina web per l’applicazione stessa, utilizzabile a fini conoscitivi da parte della clientela dell’azienda.
