The paper presents an exploratory research on conspiracy beliefs, whose main objective is to observe whether conspiracy beliefs can be studied in a general context, that is, by focusing on individual aspects, associated according to the cited models with conspiracy, prejudice and particular intergroup attitudes. Three hypotheses were posed to conduct the study: 1. narcissism, entitlement, lability of self-esteem, independence of the self and values of self-direction, cynical distrust, perceived stress, need for structure and values linked to conservatism are positively correlated with the GCB; 2. observe the correlation of well-being measures with the GCB (well-being, meaning, empathic responsiveness); 3. mediating role of the vision of the world as a danger and as a competitive jungle between the differences linked to personality, value system and GCB. The study was conducted through the administration of a questionnaire within which the variables presented in the paper were operationalized. Following the administration, data analysis was conducted on various levels, regarding the reliability of the scales, the correlations between the variables and multiple regression analysis, in order to corroborate the hypotheses. The results of these analyses were discussed and it was drawn from these that part of the hypotheses was falsified, and results of interest were achieved for the assumptions of the research which, as anticipated, is of an exploratory nature.

Abstract
The results of these analyses were discussed and it was drawn from these that part of the hypotheses was falsified, and results of interest were achieved for the assumptions of the research which, as anticipated, is of an exploratory nature.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
