Through a theoretical-documentary approach, supported by academic sources, institutional documents, online materials, and international conventions, this thesis aims to provide an in-depth analysis of how traumatic experiences affect the access, continuity, and quality of the educational path of unaccompanied foreign minors (UAMs). The research also includes a review of testimonies and interviews drawn from studies and documented cases, enriching the qualitative analysis of the phenomenon. The main aim is to highlight the relationship between psychological trauma and educational inequalities, promoting greater awareness and critical reflection on the urgent need for more inclusive educational and social policies that are sensitive to the well-being of migrant minors.
La presente tesi si focalizza sull'impatto del trauma migratorio sul diritto all'istruzione dei minori stranieri non accompagnati (MSNA) in Italia. Attraverso un approccio teorico-documentale, supportato da fonti accademiche, documenti istituzionali, fonti online e convenzioni internazionali, il lavoro analizza come le esperienze traumatiche influiscano sull'accesso, la continuità e la qualità del percorso scolastico degli MSNA. L'elaborato include inoltre una rassegna di testimonianze e interviste tratte da studi e casi documentati, che arrichiscono l'analisi qualitativa del fenomeno. L'obiettivo è evidenziare la relazione tra il trauma psicologico e le disuguaglianze educative, promuovendo una maggiore consapevolezza e riflessione critica sull'urgenza di politiche scolastiche e sociali maggiormente inclusive e sensibili al benessere dei minori migranti.
