Il ruolo del volontariato nel servizio sociale territoriale: una ricerca all’interno del Comitato di Vicenza OdV della Croce Rossa Italiana

This thesis aims to investigate the representations that the volunteer of the Vicenza OdV Committee of the Italian Red Cross has of the role he plays within the context of the territorial social service and his actual knowledge of the role that the Italian Red Cross, and in particular the Vicenza Committee, carries out local social service. To achieve the aims described above, a mixed method research was carried out through the use of two tools, a questionnaire and a semi-structured interview which both have the aim of investigating the themes presented.

Questa tesi ha come obiettivo quello di indagare le rappresentazioni che il volontario del Comitato di Vicenza OdV della Croce Rossa Italiana ha del ruolo che svolge all’interno del contesto del servizio sociale territoriale e le sue effettive conoscenze del ruolo che la Croce Rossa Italiana, e in particolare il Comitato di Vicenza, svolge nel servizio sociale territoriale.   Per raggiungere le finalità sopra descritte è stata realizzata una ricerca con metodo misto attraverso l’utilizzo di due strumenti, un questionario e un'intervista semi-strutturata che hanno entrambi la finalità di indagare le tematiche presentate.
