This thesis explores the integration between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Lean/Kaizen philosophy, aiming to understand how their synergy can contribute to the improvement of business processes. After presenting the theoretical background of both disciplines, the study focuses on how AI can be implemented along with continuous improvement principles to enhance operational efficiency. Through the analysis of practical applications, the research highlights how AI can become a valuable ally in waste-reduction and data-driven decision-making. The findings suggest that, when properly integrated, AI and Lean can open new perspectives for sustainable and competitive organizational growth.

Abstract
This thesis explores the integration between Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Lean/Kaizen philosophy, aiming to understand how their synergy can contribute to the improvement of business processes. After presenting the theoretical background of both disciplines, the study focuses on how AI can be implemented along with continuous improvement principles to enhance operational efficiency. Through the analysis of practical applications, the research highlights how AI can become a valuable ally in waste-reduction and data-driven decision-making. The findings suggest that, when properly integrated, AI and Lean can open new perspectives for sustainable and competitive organizational growth.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
