This work focuses on the application of Lean principles in the procurement field, presenting, through a theoretical analysis, the Just in Time (JIT) and Just in Sequence (JIS) techniques in lean purchasing. The thesis highlights the benefits of adopting these strategies through the presentation of a business case study.
La supply chain riveste un ruolo cruciale nei processi aziendali, determinando l'efficienza operativa e la competitività di un'organizzazione. Questo lavoro si focalizza sull'applicazione dei principi di Lean nell'ambito degli approvvigionamenti, andando a presentare, tramite un'analisi della teoria, le tecniche Just in Time (JIT) e Just in Sequence (JIS) nel lean purchasing.
