This work analyzes the phenomenon of occupational stalking, a persecutory behavior that develops in the workplace, characterized by repeated and systematic harassment. The phenomenon is analyzed starting from its etymology, and then delving into its regulatory and legal evolution. The subjects involved, the psychosocial consequences and the differences with mobbing are examined. Finally, the work focuses on prevention and intervention tools to combat the phenomenon and protect workers.
Questo lavoro analizza il fenomeno dello stalking occupazionale, un comportamento persecutorio che si sviluppa in ambito lavorativo, caratterizzato da vessazioni ripetute e sistematiche. Il fenomeno viene analizzato partendo dalla sua etimologia, per poi approfondire la sua evoluzione normativa e giuridica. Vengono esaminati i soggetti coinvolti, le conseguenze psicosociali e le differenze con il mobbing. Infine il lavoro si concentra sugli strumenti di prevenzione e intervento per contrastare il fenomeno e tutelare i lavoratori.
