This thesis was written during the internship carried out at Fami S.p.A., a European leader in the production of furniture for industry, workshops, and warehouses. The objective was to implement the principles of Lean Production in an industrial production system with the aim of increasing operational efficiency and product quality. Systemic inefficiencies were identified through the use of main management methodologies and process analysis tools. Concrete improvement actions were then implemented. The work considered not only the operational aspects but also the human and relational factors within the organizational context, emphasizing the role of people in the improvement processes. The results achieved led to a better understanding of the potential of this methodology by more accurately identifying the activities required to reach the desired future state. The project represents an example of an integrated intervention where technical innovation and attention to the human factor converge to support sustainable improvement.

Abstract
The project represents an example of an integrated intervention where technical innovation and attention to the human factor converge to support sustainable improvement.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
