This study examines the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving the quality of primary and secondary education, focusing on the community as a key stakeholder. While TQM emphasizes a society-centric approach, its integration with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) remains underexplored in this context. CSR, which promotes community and environmental well-being, is analyzed for its potential to enhance TQM's effectiveness. The research develops and tests two main hypotheses: (1) integrating CSR into TQM improves school quality from a community perspective, and (2) community engagement and knowledge transfer drive educational improvement. Additional hypotheses that complete the overall theoretical framework are considered in this study. Using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach, the study tests these hypotheses and offers recommendations for combining CSR and TQM to strengthen educational outcomes and community satisfaction.
