LA DEFINIZIONE DI TERRORISMO NEL DIRITTO INTERNAZIONALE

The thesis focuses on analyzing the origin of the concept of terrorism, both from a historical and legal perspective. The aim of the thesis is to examine the conventions on terrorism and to understand why there is a lack of a universal definition of the concept at the international level.

La tesi si occupa di analizzare l'origine del concetto di terrorismo, sia a livello storico che a livello giuridico. Scopo della tesi è analizzare le convenzioni sul terrorismo e capire il perché vi è una mancanza di una definizione universale del concetto stesso a livello internazionale.
