La Giustizia Italiana. Uno sguardo all'Amministrazione Penitenziaria e alle risorse destinate al Trattamento dei Detenuti

The thesis aims to represent: - Italian Justice: role, structure and functioning. The quantification of the resources allocated to Justice and the departments that make it up with a critical angle of observation, aimed at efficiency and effectiveness. A trend analysis of budget data with particular reference to expenditure and its incidence in the overall State Budget - The Development of the Prison Administration Department: the reform of the prison system, the birth of the structure, its articulation and functioning Analysis of the composition of Expenditure and the elements that characterise it period 2017 - 2025 - Description and functioning of the Prisoner Treatment Area and qualitative-quantitative analysis of State resources allocated to it in the period 2017 - 2025. Mention of the phenomenon of prison overcrowding and its impact on the resources allocated to prisoner treatment.

La tesi ha l'obiettivo di rappresentare: - la Giustizia Italiana: ruolo, struttura e funzionamento. La quantificazione delle risorse destinate alla Giustizia e ai dipartimenti che la compongono con un angolo di osservazione critico, finalizzato all'efficienza ed efficacia. Un'analisi andamentale dei dati di Bilancio con particolare riferimento alla Spesa ed incidenza della stessa nel Bilancio complessivo dello Stato - Lo Sviluppo del Dipartimento Amministrazione Penitenziaria: la riforma dell'ordinamento penitenziario, la nascita della struttura, l'articolazione e il funzionamento. Analisi della composizione della Spesa e degli elementi che la caratterizzano periodo 2017 - 2025 - La Descrizione ed il funzionamento dell'ambito Trattamento Detenuti ed analisi quali-quantitative delle risorse statali destinate ad esso nel periodo 2017 - 2025. Cenni al fenomeno del Sovraffollamento carcerario ed incidenza sulle risorse destinate al trattamento detenuti.
