Counterfeiting is a major challenge for the luxury sector, threatening not only intellectual property, but also the image and value of brands. This research analyses the impact of counterfeiting on luxury brands, highlighting the legal and technological strategies adopted to protect intellectual property rights. Through an analysis of case studies and international regulations, the study examines the effectiveness of protection measures, including the use of blockchain, artificial intelligence and targeted legal actions. The findings highlight how strengthened enforcement strategies and increased consumer awareness can help counter this phenomenon. In conclusion, the research underlines the importance of cooperation between companies, regulators and innovative technologies to preserve the exclusivity and integrity of the luxury sector.
La contraffazione rappresenta una delle principali sfide per il settore del lusso, minacciando non solo la proprietà intellettuale, ma anche l’immagine e il valore dei marchi. Questa ricerca analizza l’impatto della contraffazione sui brand di lusso, evidenziando le strategie legali e tecnologiche adottate per tutelare i diritti di proprietà intellettuale. Attraverso un’analisi dei casi studio e delle normative internazionali, lo studio esamina l’efficacia delle misure di protezione, tra cui l’uso della blockchain, dell’intelligenza artificiale e di azioni legali mirate. I risultati evidenziano come un rafforzamento delle strategie di enforcement e una maggiore consapevolezza dei consumatori possano contribuire a contrastare il fenomeno. In conclusione, la ricerca sottolinea l’importanza di una cooperazione tra aziende, legislatori e tecnologie innovative per preservare l’esclusività e l’integrità del settore del lusso.
