L’ORARIO DI LAVORO E L’ATTUALE PROPOSTA DI LEGGE DI RIDUZIONE: IL SUO IMPATTO NEL MERCATO DEL LAVORO

In this paper we look at the evolution of working time to date, with an analysis of the proposed law for the reduction of hours and a comparison with the current regulation of working time. Above all, observing the impact that this proposal may have on the Italian labour market and on Italian companies, analyzing some practical cases.

Nel presente elaborato si osserva l'evoluzione del l'orario di lavoro fino ad oggi, con un'analisi della legge proposta per la riduzione delle ore e il confronto con l'attuale disciplina dell'orario di lavoro. Soprattutto, osservando l'impatto che tale proposta possa avere nel mercato del lavoro e sulle imprese italiane, analizzando alcuni casi pratici.
