This thesis analyzes how educational communities seek to achieve the goal of autonomy for the children they receive. Through 3 discursive interviews conducted with the collaborators of some structures in Padova, I have also deepened the role of the families of origin during the community path. Finally, the research and the possibilities of work with care leavers are analysed, that is for young adults who have spent a period outside the family, in foster care or precisely in the community.
Questo elaborato di tesi analizza come le comunità educative cercano di realizzare l’obiettivo dell’autonomia per i ragazzi che accolgono. Tramite 3 interviste discorsive svolte con i collaboratori di alcune strutture del Padovano, ho approfondito anche il ruolo delle famiglie d’origine durante il percorso comunitario. Infine vengono analizzate le ricerche e le possibilità del lavoro con i care leavers, ovvero per i neo maggiorenni che hanno trascorso un periodo fuori famiglia, in affido o per l’appunto in comunità.

Abstract
