There are a number of factors that are linked, some more directly and others less so, to the development of psychopathology in adolescence and pre-adolescence, acting as both risk and protective factors. In association with this, the ever-increasing use of smartphones (Statista, 2019), both in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and in relation to the ongoing digital revolution, has caused an increase in literature devoted to investigating the possible impact on the psychological wellbeing of adolescents in relation to such use, yielding worrying results regarding the possible negative consequences (Elhai, Dvorak, Levine & Hall, 2017). This paper, therefore, aims to analyse the relationship between emotional regulation components, mobile phone and Internet use and the development of internalising and externalising psychopathology.

Abstract
This paper, therefore, aims to analyse the relationship between emotional regulation components, mobile phone and Internet use and the development of internalising and externalising psychopathology.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
