La tutela e il trattamento dei dati sanitari

The aim of this dissertation is to address the topic of the processing and protection of health data. In particular, the categories, characteristics, contexts and ways in which these data are managed are described and identified. The dissertation defines the articles and the legal texts that regulate the criteria by which these data are managed.

L’obiettivo del lavoro di tesi è quello di affrontare la tematica relativa al trattamento e alla tutela dei dati sanitari. In particolare, vengono descritte le categorie, le caratteristiche, i contesti e le modalità con cui vengono gestiti tali dati. Nella tesi vengono citati articoli e testi normativi che regolamentano i criteri con cui tali dati vengono amministrati.
