The central theme of this Final Graduation Report is the role of the environment and materials in the Montessori Method. This topic will be explored from both a theoretical perspective, through a review of relevant literature, and an experimental perspective, through classroom observations and questionnaires administered to the parents of children attending Oplà, a Montessori space located in Camposampiero (PD), where the graduating student completed her curricular internship. The objective of the theoretical section is to provide a comprehensive overview of the role of the environment and materials in the Montessori approach, particularly in relation to the 0–6 age group. The experimental phase is based on direct observations conducted by the student during her internship. Building on these observations, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to parents via a Google Form. The responses were then collected and analyzed. Finally, a brief analysis of the data was conducted, comparing classroom observations with the responses provided by the families, with a focus on the value of the educational alliance.
