Ambientamento e inserimento al nido: dalla teoria alla pratica

My final report aims to examine the settling in and the insertion into the nursery, explaining the importance of this experience, both for the child and for the parent, as it symbolizes the first separation between child and parent. It represents a significant moment in the life of every family and arouses multiple emotions. In these circumstances the role of educators is very important as they are responsible for the growth and development of the child. They have the task of creating a safe environment and a stimulating context so that the child can carry out this path in the best possible way, developing his/her abilities and autonomy. They also dedicate themselves to his/her care and well-being. During the settling in and insertion they have the task of creating a relationship of trust and respect with the parents and managing the separation of the parents from their children. I have analyzed these moments in a theoretical and practical way, through my personal internship experience.

La mia relazione finale vuole esaminare l'ambientamento e l'inserimento al nido, spiegando l'importanza di questa esperienza, sia per il bambino sia per il genitore, in quanto simboleggia il primo distacco tra bambino e genitore. Rappresenta un momento significativo nella vita di ogni famiglia e suscita molteplici emozioni. In queste circostanze il ruolo degli educatori risulta molto importante in quanto sono responsabili della crescita e dello sviluppo del bambino. Hanno il compito di creare un ambiento sicuro e un contesto stimolante affinché il bambino possa svolgere tale percorso nel migliore dei modi, sviluppando le sue capacità e le sue autonomie. Inoltre si dedicano alla sua cura e al suo benessere. Durante l'ambientamento e l'inserimento hanno il compito di creare un rapporto di fiducia e rispetto con i genitori e gestire la separazione dei genitori dai propri bambini. Ho analizzato tali momenti in modo teorico e pratico, attraverso la mia esperienza personale di tirocinio.
