Children with disabilities who use early childhood education services may face situations of exclusion, misunderstanding or difficulties in relationships, which can impact their well-being and overall development. At the same time, siblings, that is, brothers or sisters of children with disabilities, often find themselves having to deal with complex situations especially within the family unit, which include lack of attention, feelings of responsibility or emotional confusion. This paper aims to examine, through a theoretical analysis, the dynamics of inclusion in nursery schools and the effect that disability can have on the family, paying particular attention to the siblings' perspective. It will also be analyzed how a well-designed educational environment can promote inclusive relationships, enhance diversity and contribute to the general well-being of all children involved, fostering a sense of belonging and recognition from early childhood.

Abstract
Children with disabilities who use early childhood education services may face situations of exclusion, misunderstanding or difficulties in relationships, which can impact their well-being and overall development. At the same time, siblings, that is, brothers or sisters of children with disabilities, often find themselves having to deal with complex situations especially within the family unit, which include lack of attention, feelings of responsibility or emotional confusion. This paper aims to examine, through a theoretical analysis, the dynamics of inclusion in nursery schools and the effect that disability can have on the family, paying particular attention to the siblings' perspective. It will also be analyzed how a well-designed educational environment can promote inclusive relationships, enhance diversity and contribute to the general well-being of all children involved, fostering a sense of belonging and recognition from early childhood.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
