Sleep disorder is increasingly common in people's lives nowadays and this disorder is often caused by unhealthy eating habits and lifestyle. Sleep is not only influenced by the energy efficiency of the diet, but also by the content of macronutrients, such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The objective of the paper is to analyze the relationship between nutrition and sleep. Highlight specific aspects and propose possible resolution methods for this widespread discomfort.
Il disturbo del sonno è sempre più frequente nella vita delle persone al giorno d’oggi e spesso questo disturbo è derivato da abitudini alimentari e stile di vita scorretto. Il sonno non è influenzato solo dall’efficienza energetica della dieta, ma anche dal contenuto di macronutrienti, come carboidrati, proteine e grassi. L’obiettivo dell’ elaborato è analizzare la relazione tra alimentazione e sonno. Evidenziarne specifici aspetti e proporre eventuali metodi di risoluzione per questo diffuso disagio.
