The thesis will focus on the privileges assigned during the judicial liquidations, in particular those related to artisan activities. It will deal how to recognize an artisanal business according to current regulations, what the assignment of such privilege entails and how to deal with problematic case.
La tesi sarà incentrata sui privilegi assegnati durante le liquidazioni giudiziali, in particolare quello assegnato alle attività artigiane. Tratterà come riconoscere un'impresa artigiana in base alle normative vigenti, cosa comporta l'assegnazione di tale privilegio e come affrontare casi problematici in tali situazioni.
