Through the activities carried out, the thesis examines the case of CERATO S.R.L., IMMOBILIARE S.R.L. and NEXUS ASSEMBLY S.R.L.. The analysis focuses on the introduction of the case, its implications and a critical discussion.
La presente tesi analizza un caso di fusione per incorporazione e contemporaneamente scissione osservato durante un tirocinio formativo preso Studio Consulenze Riunite S.R.L.. Attraverso le attività svolte, la tesi esamina il caso di CERATO S.R.L., IMMOBILIARE S.R.L e NEXUS ASSEMBLY S.R.L.. L'analisi si concentra sull'introduzione del caso, sule implicazioni e su una discussione critica.
