The paper presents an organizational and competitive analysis of the company Post Editori, using theoretical models learned both during the course of studies and independently. An overview of the competitive environment and competitors of this company is also presented, in order to understand its main distinguishing features. In addition, there is a description of the main activities, tasks and skills acquired during the traineeship. Finally, starting from the promotion techniques learned during the internship at Post Editori, a clear and analytical analysis is proposed on the different marketing techniques used in the editorial field, starting from traditional practices to the modern, based on digital tools. The objective is to provide an overall view of the contemporary publishing industry, including defining plausible future scenarios.
L’elaborato presenta un’analisi organizzativa e competitiva dell’azienda Post Editori, utilizzando modelli teorici appresi sia durante il percorso di studi sia autonomamente. Viene presentata inoltre una panoramica sull’ambiente competitivo e sui concorrenti di tale impresa, con il fine di comprenderne i principali aspetti distintivi. In seguito, è presente una descrizione sulle principali attività, compiti e competenze acquisite durante il tirocinio curricolare. Infine, partendo dalle tecniche di promozione apprese durante il tirocinio presso Post Editori, viene proposta un’analisi chiara e analitica sulle diverse tecniche di marketing utilizzate nell’ambito editoriale, partendo dalle pratiche tradizionali fino a quelle più moderne, basate su strumenti digitali. L’obiettivo è di fornire una visione complessiva del settore editoriale contemporaneo, definendo anche plausibili scenari futuri.
