The aim of this thesis is to create an application that allows the recording of hours, material withdrawals and the management of warehouse inventory for a company that deals with the production of industrial machinery for the dairy industry, the production of soft drinks, beer and juices. The application has 5 main objectives: to allow access to the application through an authentication system; to record working hours related to specific orders; to manage production materials withdrawn for processing; to perform inventory operations and to offer a power user mode. Recording hours allows you to enter information about the job, production order and processing, to enter the hours worked by a specific employee. Picking materials allows an employee to record the quantity of material picked for a job, production order and processing. Inventory operations allow you to enter items via barcode in the inventory. For all these operations, you can view the operations performed previously, and possibly make a change or delete them. Power user mode, on the other hand, gives certain employees the ability to operate as if they were other employees. In this sense, some surveys can be made by an employee, through the code of another employee. The application interfaces with the backend via REST APIs, developed in C# with the .NET framework to interface with the company database, through SQL Server. The calls implement specific CRUD operations to read, write, update and delete specific information from the database tables or views. Furthermore, the application interfaces with the Mago4 company management system, used by the customer, in order to directly retrieve and send the information needed to synchronize the surveys carried out by the workers through the application.
Lo scopo di questa tesi è la realizzazione di un’applicazione che consenta la registrazione delle ore, dei prelievi di materiale e della gestione dell’inventario di magazzino per un’impresa che si occupa della produzione di macchinari industriali per l’industria casearia, la produzione di soft drink, birra e succhi. L’applicazione ha 5 obiettivi principali: consentire l’accesso all’applicazione tramite sistema di autenticazione; registrare le ore di lavoro relative alle specifiche commesse; gestire i materiali di produzione prelevati per la lavorazione; effettuare di operazioni di inventario e offrire una modalità power user. La registrazione delle ore consente di poter inserire informazioni riguardanti la commessa, l’ordine di produzione e la lavorazione, per inserire le ore lavorate da un determinato addetto. Il prelievo di materiale consente ad un addetto di registrare la quantità di materiale prelevato per una commessa, ordine di produzione e lavorazione. Le operazioni di inventario consentono l’inserimento di articoli tramite barcode nell’inventario. Per tutte queste operazioni è possibile visualizzare le operazioni effettuate in precedenza, ed eventualmente effettuare una modifica o un’eliminazione di queste. La modalità power user, invece, da la possibilità a determinati addetti, di poter operare come se fossero altri addetti. In questo senso, alcune rilevazioni possono essere fatte da un addetto, tramite il codice di un altro addetto. L’applicazione si interfaccia con il backend tramite API REST, sviluppate in C# con il framework .NET per interfacciarsi con il database aziendale, attraverso SQL Server. Le chiamate implementano operazioni CRUD specifiche per leggere, scrivere, aggiornare ed eliminare specifiche informazioni dalle tabelle o dalle viste del database. Inoltre l’applicazione si interfaccia con il gestionale aziendale Mago4, utilizzato dal cliente, in modo da recuperare e inviare direttamente le informazioni necessarie per sincronizzare le rilevazioni effettuate dagli operai tramite l’applicazione.
