Structural analysis of the brake‐pedal support for the SGe‑08 electric vehicle, developed by RaceUp Racing Team for the Formula SAE 2024–2025 competition. Objective: to verify the mechanical strength of this critical component under loading conditions. Methods: first, preliminary analytical calculations are performed to estimate the forces acting on the support and the resulting stress distributions at key locations; later, a detailed finite‐element model is created using simulation software to conduct a more refined FEM analysis.
Analisi strutturale del supporto del pedale del freno della vettura elettrica SGe-08, sviluppata dal RaceUp Racing Team per il campionato di Formula SAE 2024-2025. Obiettivo: verificare la resistenza meccanica del componente. Modalità: verifiche analitiche preliminari, valutando i carichi agenti e gli sforzi da essi provocati in vari punti critici del supporto, per poi procedere con una più accurata analisi FEM mediante software di simulazione.
