The research presents the Job Demands-Resources Theory as a flexible, extensible, and empirically validated theoretical framework for analyzing the interactions between various aspects of work, motivational processes, and individuals' psychophysical well-being. Originally developed within the organizational context, the theory has subsequently been extended to extra-professional domains such as family, social, and digital spheres. These extensions have made it possible to investigate the consequences of remote work. In this perspective, the objective of this thesis is to explore, through the lens of the Job Demands-Resources Theory, the effects of different remote work arrangements on the balance between work and private life and on individuals' psychophysical health.

Abstract
The research presents the Job Demands-Resources Theory as a flexible, extensible, and empirically validated theoretical framework for analyzing the interactions between various aspects of work, motivational processes, and individuals' psychophysical well-being. Originally developed within the organizational context, the theory has subsequently been extended to extra-professional domains such as family, social, and digital spheres. These extensions have made it possible to investigate the consequences of remote work. In this perspective, the objective of this thesis is to explore, through the lens of the Job Demands-Resources Theory, the effects of different remote work arrangements on the balance between work and private life and on individuals' psychophysical health.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
