The present study investigated prospective memory in healthy older adults by manipulating the emotional stimuli of the activities that the individuals had to recall. The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of emotions on prospective memory performance. To do so, we used an instrument called Virtual Week; participants were asked to remember different daily tasks. Cognitive functioning of participants was measured by administering the Addenbrooke’s Cognitive Examination-III. Participants were also asked to fill the Prospective and Retrospective Memory Questionnaire.
