This thesis aims to analyze Agile methodologies applied to software project management, both from a theoretical and practical perspective, through the internship experience carried out at a company operating in the IT sector. During the internship period, I served as a junior Project Manager, actively participating in the planning and monitoring of the development activities of a team of approximately 40 members, while maintaining the educational nature of the role. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to a theoretical discussion of the main Agile frameworks, including Scrum and LeSS, with an analysis of their core principles, the roles involved, and the most common operational practices. The second part compares these theoretical references with the practices observed in the real business context, highlighting adaptations, strengths, and differences compared to the models proposed in the literature. The objective of this work is to provide a critical perspective on the implementation of Agile methodologies in a real-world working environment, showing how theory and practice may converge or diverge in the daily management of complex software projects.

Abstract
The objective of this work is to provide a critical perspective on the implementation of Agile methodologies in a real-world working environment, showing how theory and practice may converge or diverge in the daily management of complex software projects.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
