This thesis analyzes and describes Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) systems, regarded as one of the emerging frontiers of smart mobility. The work focuses in particular on the classification and role of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that guide their implementation and evaluation. The aim is to provide a clear and up-to-date overview of this innovative paradigm and the main challenges related not only to the evolution of urban mobility, but also to the introduction of these technologies themselves.
Questa tesi analizza e descrive i sistemi di Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), considerati una delle nuove frontiere della mobilità intelligente. L’elaborato si concentra in particolare sulla classificazione e il ruolo dei Key Performance Indicators (KPI) che ne guidano l’implementazione e la valutazione. L’obiettivo è fornire un quadro chiaro e aggiornato di questa nuova frontiera e delle principali sfide legate non solo all’evoluzione della mobilità urbana, ma anche all’introduzione di queste stesse tecnologie.
