Starting from a pocket model already known in the literature, an experimental activity was carried out to create a microfluidic chip capable of storing droplets of two different samples in a controlled manner. Subsequently, the chip was improved to enable the coalescence of pairs of droplets from different samples that had been previously stored.
Partendo da un modello a tasca già noto in letteratura si è svolta un'attività sperimentale per la creazione di un chip microfluidico in grado di immagazzinare gocce di due campioni diversi in modo determinato. Successivamente si è migliorato il chip cercando di permettere la coalescenza di coppie di gocce di campioni diversi già immagazzinate in precedenza.
