This thesis analyzes the morphological characteristics of brain cells from four chimpanzees, considering variables such as size, shape, and jaggedness. The study also includes individual animal information, such as sex, weight, and age, to investigate possible relationships with cellular properties. Statistical analysis focuses on reducing data complexity using three-principal-component analysis (PCA), allowing for the identification of common patterns and differences between subjects. The results provide a clear view of the main variations present in the sample and lay the foundation for future research on correlations between cellular characteristics and biological factors.

Abstract
This thesis analyzes the morphological characteristics of brain cells from four chimpanzees, considering variables such as size, shape, and jaggedness. The study also includes individual animal information, such as sex, weight, and age, to investigate possible relationships with cellular properties. Statistical analysis focuses on reducing data complexity using three-principal-component analysis (PCA), allowing for the identification of common patterns and differences between subjects. The results provide a clear view of the main variations present in the sample and lay the foundation for future research on correlations between cellular characteristics and biological factors.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
