This document presents the activities carried out during the internship at Spazio Dev S.r.l. The work focused on the development of the Fault Prevention project, a platform designed to integrate IIoT sensor systems, industrial communication protocols, and Artificial Intelligence models. The main objectives of the project are the early identification of faults, the optimization of energy consumption, and the automatic generation of intelligible explanations to support both operators and decision-making processes. The document discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations underpinning the project, as well as the architectural and implementation solutions that were adopted.
Il presente documento descrive il lavoro svolto durante il periodo di stage presso l’azienda Spazio Dev S.r.l. L’attività ha riguardato lo sviluppo del progetto Fault Prevention, una piattaforma che integra sensoristica IIoT, protocolli di comunicazione industriale e modelli di Intelligenza Artificiale, con l’obiettivo di consentire l’identificazione precoce di guasti, l’ottimizzazione dei consumi energetici e la generazione automatica di spiegazioni intelligibili a supporto degli operatori e dei processi decisionali. Il documento illustra sia le basi teoriche e metodologiche a supporto del progetto, sia le soluzioni architetturali e implementative adottate.
