MoviLicense - Configuratore All In One per applicazioni MoviDat

The purpose of this document is to describe the work carried out by Giacomo Pesenato during his internship at Visione Impresa S.r.l S.B. The main objective of this internship was to develop a web app that helps to automate the configuration of applications belonging to the MoviDat suite. The goal was to decrease the time for activation and configuration of the applications, improving the efficiency of the company. To achieve this result, it was necessary to study in detail the functionality and the specific configurations of each application. This project involved the interaction with FTP servers to create user areas, to manage databases (both creation and restoration), the creation of users with their own permissions and credentials saved in a specific password manager. A PDF report will be generated at the end of each configuration that describes the operations performed including the credentials for accessing the respective services. For the frontend development Javascript was used while ASP.NET Core with C# was used for the backend

Il presente documento descrive l’attività svolta da Giacomo Pesenato durante il tirocinio presso Visione Impresa S.r.l. S.B. Il progetto ha riguardato lo sviluppo di una webapp finalizzata all’automazione della configurazione delle applicazioni appartenenti alla suite MoviDat.L’obiettivo consisteva nel diminuire i tempi per l’attivazione e la configurazione delle applicazioni, migliorando l’efficienza operativa dell’azienda. Per ottenere questo risultato, si è dovuto studiare a fondo il funzionamento e le specifiche configurazioni di ogni singola applicazione. Il progetto ha comportato l’interazione con server FTP per la creazione delle aree utente, la gestione dei database (sia in fase di creazione che di ripristino), la definizione degli utenti con i relativi permessi e il salvataggio delle credenziali all’interno di un gestionale dedicato. Al termine di ogni configurazione, viene generato un report PDF che descrive le operazioni effettuate includendo le credenziali di accesso ai servizi. Per lo sviluppo dell’applicazione è stato utilizzato per il frontend Javascript mentre per il backend ASP.NET Core con C#.
