Verso una PA digitale e sostenibile: analisi delle sinergie tra PNRR, Green Deal e Non-Financial Reporting

The paper focuses on the analysis of the public body UTG of Padua with particular attention to the digitization process of the operations carried out within it thanks to the use of the European funds of the PNRR. We continue with a comparison with the provisions of the Green Deal, implemented through the directive of the European Commission called Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, which replaces the previous Non-financial Reporting Directive. The synergies between PNRR, Green Deal and NFRD at public administration level are then analyzed with an in-depth analysis of what has actually been achieved.

L'elaborato verte sull'analisi dell'ente pubblico UTG di Padova con particolare attenzione per il processo di digitalizzazione delle operazioni svolte al suo interno grazie all'utilizzo dei fondi europei del PNRR. Si prosegue con una comparazione con quanto previsto dal Green Deal, attuato attraverso la direttiva della commissione europea denominata Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, che sostiuisce la precedente Non-financial reporting Directive. Vengono successivamente analizzate le sinergie tra PNRR, Green Deal e NFRD a livello della pubblica amministrazione con un approfondimento su quanto effettivamente realizzato.
